WE USE EVENTALY TO MANAGE OUR TRADERS APPLICATIONS

Complete and edit your business profile and start applying for events to showcase your products and services. You can upload images of your products and your licences and insurances keeping them all in one place. You can also apply to showcase at our other events.

Please see below the links for Eventaly for you to use. Once you have uploaded all of the required details then you can click on this link to book. We are processing all of the bookings received so far today. If you would like to book then I recommend you doing so ASAP. All bookings for April onwards need to be booked and managed on this system. 

BECOME A TRADER

If you're an independent trader and you'd like to become a stallholder at one or more of the Somerset Independent Markets, get in touch and let us know.

We offer a range of stall pricing options to accommodate all budgets. Please note that stallholders must provide their own tables/gazebos and/or parasols. Gazebos must be industrial strength and have the appropriate weights. Stallholders will not be able to trade without the appropriate gazebos and weights. 

 

Please note that all stallholders must make a deposit of one month’s fees to secure their space. Your deposit will be held and a new invoice sent each month before each market which must be paid at least two weeks before. Your space is not secured until payment has been received. 

 

  • We will do our utmost to accommodate your preferred location from your booking form but cannot guarantee this as there are many factors to take into consideration.

  • Your space location may change at each market.

  • Please download a new application form, general risk assessment form along with our terms and conditions.

  • Please read our terms and conditions regarding cancellations.

  • Spaces are in high demand so if you would like to take part in these amazing markets then please complete the attached booking form, risk assessments and return along with your public liability insurance.
