The market operates every Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Italian Gardens, with potential for extended hours during summer and the Christmas season. Additionally, a Sunday market is held on the last Sunday of each month from May through August, running from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM .

Councillor Mark Canniford, North Somerset Council’s executive member responsible for high street and town centre renewal, highlighted the market's significance, stating, "We know that there’s appetite for a permanent regular market in Weston, so I’m delighted to see this come to fruition. The market was one of the top three priorities from the Weston Placemaking Strategy consultation with residents and businesses" .
